Ironwood Concrete was founded in 1994 by Jim Harlan with a single truck, a small crew, and a straightforward promise: do the job right the first time. Three decades later, that promise hasn't changed — but the company has grown into one of the most trusted concrete contractors in the Austin metro.
Now in its second generation of family ownership, Ironwood operates a 15-person crew with the equipment and experience to handle everything from residential driveways to large-scale commercial pours. We've completed over 2,500 projects and maintained an A+ BBB rating with zero active complaints.

Proper Sub-Grade Preparation
Every pour starts below the surface. We excavate, compact, and grade to spec — because the work you can't see is what determines whether it cracks in year one or holds for thirty.
Premium Mix Designs
We specify the right PSI, slump, and admixtures for every application. No shortcuts on materials — we use the same concrete suppliers the commercial guys trust.
Precision Forming
Straight lines, true grades, proper expansion joints. Our forms are set level to within 1/16 of an inch. The finish is only as good as the framework beneath it.
Same-Day Finishing
Stamping, coloring, texturing, and brooming — all done the day of the pour while conditions are optimal. No callbacks, no patch jobs. One shot, done right.
