Scope
Complete site preparation for a 12-lot residential subdivision in the Dawson County foothills. The project covered 5 acres of mixed hardwood and pine, sloping terrain with an 18-foot grade change across the site.
Work included full clearing and grubbing, mass grading to establish road subgrade and lot pads, storm drainage infrastructure, a detention pond, and complete erosion and sediment control. Delivered in 6 weeks — 4 days ahead of schedule.

Custom 1.5-acre pond excavation on a private estate property. Shaped basin with graduated depth zones, a spillway, and naturalized banks. Approximately 8,000 cubic yards of material moved and repurposed for on-site berms.

8-acre residential land clearing project in heavily wooded terrain. Full clearing, grubbing, and stump removal with topsoil preservation for future landscaping. Site prepped and ready for the surveyor in 10 days.
Demolition & Redevelopment

Full structural demolition of a 6,000 sq ft commercial building, including foundation removal, debris sorting, and site grading. The cleared and graded site was turned over for new mixed-use construction within three weeks.
