Copperline was founded in 2012 by Jake Tanner, a master plumber with fifteen years of commercial experience who realized that residential plumbing was an afterthought in most remodels. Contractors rushed the rough-in, builders chose the cheapest fixtures, and homeowners got a bathroom that worked — but never felt right.
Copperline started with a different approach: treat the plumbing like it matters. Spec the right fixtures. Solder clean joints. Run straight lines. Organize the manifold like someone might actually see it one day.
Word spread through the custom home builders in Park City and the design firms in Salt Lake. Today the team is fourteen — master plumbers, apprentices, and a dedicated project coordinator — and the work spans from mountain homes in Heber to historic bungalows in the Avenues.
